By creating an account or using Vennfit you agree to these terms. Vennfit is provided by Rekindled Creations, Evansville, Indiana.
Not medical advice
Vennfit provides general fitness and nutrition information and planning tools. It is not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness or unwell. You use Vennfit and perform every exercise at your own risk.
Your account
You are responsible for your login and for the information you enter. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires). Keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Free trial and paid plans
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, some features, including generating new workouts, may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing period and renewal terms will be shown before you are asked to pay, and you will be able to cancel at any time. Nothing is charged without your explicit confirmation.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Vennfit available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features. Nutrition and calorie figures come from third-party databases and may contain errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rekindled Creations is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injury or loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can stop using Vennfit at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected]. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
